Digital Data Analyst

วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการใช้งานจากข้อมูลที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งจาก Media, Social, Website / app, SEO traffic, หรือแหล่งอื่นๆจากลูกค้าให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดวัดผลได้รู้ว่าสิ่งที่ทำไปดีหรือไม่ดีจะปรับตัวและพัฒนายังไงได้บ้าง สุดท้ายสิ่งที่ได้รู้จากข้อมูลนี้ก็จะเป็นความรู้เรื่องธุรกิจนั้นๆ ช่วยให้ทีมทำงานได้ง่ายขึ้นได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ดีขึ้น

• หาลูกค้า  ช่วยทีมให้มี service ใหม่ๆ เข้าใจลูกค้าง่ายขึ้นเพื่อให้ขายงานได้คุณภาพมากขึ้น
• เป็นที่ปรึกษา  เอาข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ในเชิงลึกและขยายผลไปสู่ทุกทีมในบริษัทเพื่อให้สามารถหา solutions ที่เกิดประโยนช์กับลูกค้าสูงสุด
• ส่งต่อความรู้  เรียนรู้พัฒนาตัวเองแล้วส่งต่อความรู้ไปให้คนอื่นในบริษัทเพื่อให้งานออกมาดีขึ้น

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing data visualization and reports for management.
• Determining and monitoring goals and KPIs of the organization.
• Identifying related patterns and opportunities from data analysis by staying update on products, performance, opportunities and challenges.
• Using statistical and/or analytic program to analyse and interpret data.
• Determining weakness, opportunity, pattern and trend by exploring data across systems and functional areas.
• Communicating with the management about the findings and predictions.
• Deriving data–driven solution.
• Designing and conducting test (A/B testing) and be able to give the recommendation.
• Contributing operations, user and marketing research.
• Verifying and cleaning up data and work with data engineer
• Recommending changes relates to cost–effective

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements:         

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Communication, Advertising or Marketing Specialization in research is a plus.
• Expertise and passion for data and data analysis.
• Experience working as data scientist, data analyst, data engineer or market analyst or related areas.
• Experience in working with statistical or analytical programs.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Pro–active and forward leaning.
• Self–motivated
